I WAS A GIRL SCOUT FOR THE FIRST HALF OF MY LIFE [THUS FAR]. GIRL SCOUTS ARE AMAZING.
I was one for 9 years. They never taught be to be a sexual deviant. I think the right is upset because they are tolerant.
I may have never known how to hike or backpack without the scouts, and since we are by the ocean we had lots of lessons in sailing, rowing, water safety, fire safety.
Jeez, I guess according to the right wing young girls are supposed to join their Christian groups and learn how to birth lots of babies.
What a waste.
Jilli: Now that I know this I will reserve a couple hundred dollars a year to buy their cookies (much as I don’t like them) just for causes they represent and support.
